Stockton Borough Council Awards
We were delighted to recieve two awards from Stockton-On- Tees Adult Carers Support Service.
The first went to our wonderful carer Helen for her "outstanding care and compassion" and the second was Awarded to Bridges for "Outstanding contribution to carers in the community".
We are immensely proud of the hard work that everyone puts into Bridges and we will strive to continue to deliver the best service we can.
